There are moments of reflection, when the noise fades away and you're left to contemplate your own choices. But those moments are often short-lived. The reality of prison life is a harsh one, a constant test of will and resilience.

It's a place where faith can be easily diminished, but it's also where some find strength. It's a complex, often contradictory world - a place of defeat, but also of connection.

Life on Lockdown

Instantly the world transformed. We went from a life filled with flexibility to one of isolation. Days faded into each other, marked by virtual meetings. The outside world became a place we could only witness through windows.

Life settled into a new routine. Mundane activities like going to the market or seeing friends became dilemmas. We found new ways to connect, relying on platforms to bridge the gap.

Yet, amidst the stress, there were also moments of reflection. With less bustle, we had time to reimagine our lives. We valued the little things, like a walk in the fresh air or a discussion with loved ones. We learned to adapt in a unexpected world, finding strength where we least expected it.

Walls That Whisper murmur

These aren't your average brick/stone/timber walls. They hold secrets deep within, whispering tales of forgotten times/bygone eras/ancient history. Listen closely, for the wind/breeze/current carries their echoes/remnants to those who dare/are willing/seek to hear.

Each crack/crevice/seam is a portal, offering glimpses/unveiling stories/revealing truths. The rough surface/mottled stone/worn texture whispers legends of lives lived, loves lost, and battles fought.

Are you brave enough/willing to listen/ready to hear? The walls beckon/invite/call with their secrets.

Steel Confinement

A concrete/iron/steel cage can be a symbol/manifestation/representation of restriction/confinement/oppression. It holds/contains/imprisons something valuable/dangerous/forbidden, and the act of building/creating/erecting it suggests a need for control/security/protection. The cage itself can be imposing/forbidding/daunting, made of thick/solid/heavy materials that reflect/absorb/deflect light, creating a sense of mystery/darkness/isolation. Trapped/Confined/Imprisoned within the concrete/iron/steel walls, the subject may experience fear/despair/frustration, struggling to escape/break free/overcome its physical/mental/emotional boundaries.

The cage can also be a metaphor/symbol/allegory for societal norms/personal limitations/internal struggles. Throughout the walk, participants faced scorching heat. The terrain was difficult, and food and water were dwindling.

Months passed, the race took its heavy impact. Contestants succumbed to exhaustion under the pressure, forcing them to quit.

Freedom's Price

Liberty remains a rare treasure, one that requires constant vigilance. This a heavy burden to bear, a price that pay. The fight for equality is never simple, and always it exacts the ultimate sacrifice.
